Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of couples and families, followed by developing tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.
\n
• Facilitating therapeutic sessions that address issues such as alcohol abuse, conflicts within the family, grief and loss, separation and divorce, and communication difficulties.
\n
• Working with clients both together (as a family or couple) and individually to ensure comprehensive care and support.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based methodologies and best practices in therapy to foster resilience and healing while tracking progress and outcomes.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations.
\n
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will primarily be on a diverse patient population that includes couples, families, and individuals ranging from adolescents to adults. You will address a wide variety of concerns, including:

• Family conflicts and dynamics
\n
• Challenges related to blended families and remarriage
\n
• Transition issues related to separation and divorce

• Emotional and psychological challenges such as grief and loss

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

• Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n
• At least one year of post-graduate clinical experience in a relevant setting.
