Managing Director - Strategic Finance Transformation

MD / Partner – Strategic Finance & CFO Advisory $450k Base/Bonus + $500k Equity I’m partnering with a fast-growing, private equity-backed finance / CFO consulting firm that is looking to appoint a Partner-level leader in Boston. The role will focus on helping CFOs and finance leadership teams deliver strategic finance change across: R2R, O2C, P2P and FP&A transformation Performance management and reporting Shared services and centres of excellence ERP / EPM-enabled transformation Finance technology, data and automation Transformation roadmaps and execution Post-deal finance transformation and value creation This is not a standalone BD role. The successful individual will combine deep Finance Effectiveness / CFO Advisory expertise with a strong Boston network, proven revenue generation, and the ability to lead major client relationships and build a practice. Accounting Advisory experience would be a strong advantage, particularly across controllership, financial reporting, technical accounting, IPO readiness and transaction accounting. The ideal profile will bring: 15+ years in Finance Transformation, CFO Advisory or Strategic Finance Current Partner, MD or Principal-level experience Strong consulting / professional services background Established Boston and Northeast relationships Proven track record of originating and expanding advisory engagements A player-coach mindset across delivery, BD and team leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr Neos Talent
