Radiology - Echo / Cardiac Sonographer

Echo Tech - Days - 4x10-Hour Shifts
This is a 16-week contract position.
4x10-hour shifts, Days (07:00 - 17:30).
We are seeking a skilled Echo Tech for a temporary position with strong experience in echocardiography. The ideal candidate will be required to float within the specialty and handle bedside echo exams. Strong experience will be preferred, although first-time travelers are accepted.
Responsibilities:
- Perform echocardiograms including 2-D and 3-D Echo, Bubble Study, and Pharmacologic Stress Echo.
- Conduct portable studies and Transesophageal Echocardiograms (TEE).
- Utilize advanced imaging techniques including Color Doppler and Isolation Precautions/PPE.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
- Document patient information using EPIC and other systems as required.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Minimum 2 years of echocardiography experience required.
- Must possess ARDMS RDCS AE, CCI, and BLS certifications.
- Experience with Philips equipment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ICU and Emergency Department protocols is an asset.
- Active MD or Compact License required at time of submission.
