Extrusion Operator (Plastics) 1st 2nd & 3rd Shift Openings
Location: Ravenna OH
Schedule:
- 1st Shfit: M-F 6:45am 3:15pm
- 2nd Shift: MF 2:45 PM 11:15 PM ($2/hour shift premium)
- 3rd Shift: SunFri 10:45 PM 7:15 AM ($1.50/hour shift premium)
Compensation: $21$26/hour
About the Opportunity
Join the operations team of a global petrochemicals company at its brand-new state-of-the-art compounding plant in Ravenna. We are hiring Production Operators for our extrusion mixing and packaging lines to help deliver mission-critical materials across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up operate and monitor extrusion blending and packaging equipment
- Follow SOPs and production schedules to ensure on-time delivery
- Perform in-process quality checks and make necessary adjustments
- Assist with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces and comply with all safety protocols
Requirements
- 1 years experience with extrusion blending or packaging equipment
- Basic mechanical skills and ability to use hand tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Willing to work 2nd or 3rd shift on a consistent schedule
- Forklift experience a plus but not required
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
