Extrusion Machine Operator - Temp-to-Hire
Aurora, IL
Rotating 12-Hour Shifts

8:00 AM - 8:00 PM OR 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM
Pay: $20.62/hour Base Pay + $1.00 Shift Differential = $21.62/hour

We're looking for dependable Extrusion Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Aurora. Candidates should have prior manufacturing and machine operator experience and be comfortable working a rotating 12-hour schedule.

Job Duties:

Operate and monitor extrusion machinery
Perform quality inspections on finished products
Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report concerns
Follow safety and production guidelines
Maintain accurate production records
Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:

Previous manufacturing experience required
Machine operator experience preferred
Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts (days and nights)
Strong attention to detail and safety

Experience Required:

High School Diploma, Technical Trade School, or GED required
Regularly operate a sit-down forklift or Pallet Jack
Previous shipping and receiving experience - recent experience in domestic and international shipping
Experience processing through UPS/FedEx Software (REQUIRED)
ability to stand for 8 hours/day
