POSITION : Customer Service
WORKSITE : Wolfe County Outpatient
EMPLOYMENT TYPE : Regular Full Time. Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
DEGREE/REQUIRMENTS : High School Diploma/GED
SPECIAL SKILLS : Must be able to multitask and have knowledge of multiple computer systems and operating a multi-line phone system.
JOB DUTIES :
- Multitasking while answering a multi-line phone system.
- Scheduling appointments in an Electronic Medical Record with several providers.
- Collect vital signs and operate Zoom
Texting Privacy Policy and Information:
- Message type: Informational; you will receive text messages regarding your application and potentially regarding interview scheduling.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
