Accounting Manager Tax - Contract

Tax Manager - Contract Our client, a large insurance company, is looking for an Interim Tax Manager in their Woodland Hills office. We are looking for someone who has corporate tax return experience using Corptax. Having tax provision experience is a plus but not a must. Responsibilities: Prepare and review corporate tax returns, estimates, extensions, and assessments. Prepare the consolidated FAS 109 and FIN 48 provision, the consolidated Corp Return to Provision, and the consolidated return. Prepare quarterly GAAP, STAT (FAS 109), and IFRS provisions using CorpTax. Assist Tax Director to respond to various tax issues, tax questions and external tax preparation vendor requests. Job Requirements 5+ years tax experience with thorough knowledge of the tax process BS in Accounting from an accredited university CPA is a plus. Independent worker able to work with no / minimal supervision Strong research and writing skills Strong skills in general accounting Excellent MS Office experience Other Information: Equal opportunity employer #J-18808-Ljbffr Regal Executive Search
