Showroom Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly and organized part-time showroom receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
• Maintain an organized and tidy reception area and customer lounge
• Assist customers with their needs and get them where they need to go
• Collaborate with sales staff to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Perform administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
• Positive attitude and a passion for customer service.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 4:00-8:00 pm Saturday 9:00-5:00pm
