Job Description Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:Job SummaryThe Tax Credit Leasing Specialist is responsible for effectively closing lease renewals. This includes accurately monitoring all income and assets of the tenant’s file to ensure they qualify for the program attached to the unit.
