Role Description This full-time on-site role for a Physician Assistant is located in Chandler, AZ. The Physician Assistant will provide high-quality medical care under the supervision of Dr. Arpita Surkunte, including conducting patient assessments, diagnosing health conditions, creating treatment plans, and performing follow-up visits. The role involves coordinating care with other healthcare professionals, managing chronic diseases, and educating patients on preventive care practices. The Physician Assistant will also assist in administrative duties related to patient care. Qualifications Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or related field Valid state license to practice as a Physician Assistant in Arizona Experience in primary care, preventive care, or chronic disease management Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to patient-centered care and personalized treatment plans Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems BLS/ACLS certification is a plus Experience in hormone replacement therapy and medical weight management is beneficial #J-18808-Ljbffr
