Account Director

AGENCY Redstar is a creative agency that has been providing marketing services to area clients for over 30 years. In 2023, we moved into a remodeled 6,800 sq ft lakeside studio that includes custom-designed spaces for offices, meetings, events, on-camera video, podcasts, and product photography. This change, along with increased demand from our core clients, has allowed redstar to grow and expand our capabilities. ROLE We are currently looking for an Account Director (AD) to be responsible for client relationships, project-level strategic planning, tactical execution, and project management. The AD will serve as the primary liaison between clients and the agency and has an essential role in translating the client’s needs into clear, actionable project tactics. The AD will also manage the internal workflow to ensure all creative output is delivered efficiently and on time. RESPONSIBILITIES Own day-to-day client relationships and communication. Translate client objectives into clear project scopes and creative briefs. Coordinate internal and freelance creative resources to deliver exceptional work. Lead project kickoff, status, and review meetings. Ensure all work aligns with the client's marketing strategy and Redstar's creative standards. Manage annual marketing plans, budgets, and project priorities. Review deliverables for completeness and quality before client presentation. Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and expand Redstar's impact. Partner with the Agency Lead and Creative Director on strategic initiatives and major presentations. Champion an outstanding client experience from initial request through final delivery. REQUIREMENTS Significant experience in a marketing, advertising, or creative agency environment Significant experience managing large, complex B2B accounts Proven success writing creative briefs, building project or campaign-level strategy and managing tactical execution Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent attention to detail Passion for learning Desire to grow and contribute to the success of others PACKAGE: Full-time: 40 hours/week Location: On-site in Willmar, MN, preferred, but hybrid option available with at least 2-3 days/week in Willmar, MN and the remaining remote Salary: $72,000 - $95,000based on qualifications and experience Health Insurance with dental and vision coverage for employee PTO:Unlimited flexibility after 3 months if consistently meeting performance goals 401k Retirement: 3% matching after 3 months Maternity/Paternity Leave: Available after 6 months #J-18808-Ljbffr
