Key Responsibilities:

• Administer evaluations to identify student needs and guide instructional planning
• Deliver individual and group counseling and behavioral interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student goals
• Provide crisis intervention and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and district guidelines
• Promote mental health awareness and social-emotional learning throughout the school community
