Hr Generalist And Administrator

On Line Design is currently looking for an HR Generalist and Administrator in Cincinnati, OH to join our corporate team. In this role you will be responsible for HR, payroll, and benefits administration for our employees while supporting our client and vendor relationships. This is a great fit for someone who thrives on process, precision, and keeping complex moving pieces on track.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate new-hire and offboarding paperwork for employees, including background check coordination, drug screens, employment verification, and client specific requirements.
• Assist in weekly payroll processing and oversee 401K administration.
• Manage and support benefits selection and enrollment, administer and manage safety training, and other training records as required.
• Serve as the point of contact for HR questions. Compose and distribute corporate communications as needed.
• Support contract renewals and administration, insurance renewals, and routine client requests.
• Manage compliance and reporting, including presentation preparation and metrics tracking, and the continuation of on-going work.
• Support general administrative and compliance tasks for the business. Including maintaining personnel files and ensuring employment documentation is complete and current.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• 3+ years in administration, accounting, HR, back-office operations, or vendor/MSP management preferred.
• Highly organized and self-directed, with a proactive, problem-solving approach to independently tracking expirations, renewals, recurring reports, and other client and company needs.
• Collaborative nature, working closely with the broader office team to deliver a seamless experience for clients and employees alike.
• A positive, can-do problem-solving attitude with excellent communication skills, a strong sense of urgence, sharp attention to detail, and desire to get things right.

Part-time with flexible hours during the work day for 20-30 hrs./wk. Must be available for 4 hrs. each Monday. This is an on-site, in office position (not remote).
