They deliver complex, architect-driven projects with a hands-on leadership team and a strong, steadily expanding project portfolio valued at $25M annually.Job DescriptionManage luxury residential projects from preconstruction through final turnover.Oversee estimating activities for custom home builds, including takeoffs and pricing.Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination.Review drawings, scopes, and bid documents with a high level of detail.Work closely with ownership, architects, and high-net-worth clients.Ensure quality craftsmanship and high-touch client communication throughout.Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.Oversee site visits to ensure work aligns with design intent and luxury standards.Build strong relationships with regional specialty subcontractors.Maintain strong control over timelines, budgets, and project expectations.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
