The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day to day probate administration from opening the estate to final distribution. Responsibilities Draft probate pleadings, petitions, estate planning, inventories, accountings and related court filings Assist with court filings (through Florida e-filing portal), process service and monitor deadlines to to ensure timely submissions Facilitate the meeting of attorney's deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders Demonstrated ability to perform thorough & accurate legal research Qualifications 5 + years of Florida probate paralegal experience with strong knowledge of Florida probate rules and procedures Ability to work independently, while managing multiple cases Experience with probate administration from start to finish #J-18808-Ljbffr Law Office
