Highlights Location: Brick, NJ Facility: Hackensack Meridian Health Schedule: Per Diem, Nights What You’ll Do Deliver nursing practices according to evidence-based research and standards of care. Communicate ongoing patient status and treatment plans with healthcare team members. Administer medications using advanced bar-scanning and documentation technologies. Document patient assessments, plans of care, interventions, and evaluations electronically. Provide patient and family-centered education to optimize health and wellness. Participate in multi-disciplinary discharges to ensure safe transitions and continuity of care.
