The Operations Supervisor supports the daily hotel operation by providing hands-on leadership with a strong focus on both Food & Beverage and Front Desk operations, while assisting across all departments as needed. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining brand standards, driving operational efficiency, and supporting revenue goals. Working closely with department leaders and team members, the Operations Supervisor helps ensure seamless execution of service standards, hotel procedures, and guest satisfaction initiatives. The ideal candidate will have prior Food & Beverage and Front Desk experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily hotel operations and support Food & Beverage, Front Office, and other departments as needed'
• Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards, company policies, and operational procedures.
• Monitor service delivery and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Provide coaching, training, and support to team members.
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, and productivity initiatives.
• Conduct operational inspections and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support department leaders in achieving service, quality, and financial goals.
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and operational reports.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and guest satisfaction.
