ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2024 after spending three years in the Agent Aspirant program preparing for agency ownership. I'm originally from the DC area and a proud graduate of Wake Forest University. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, fishing, and watching football. Our agency offers paid time off, licensing costs paid up front, and a Simple IRA with a 3% employer match. We also believe in rewarding the team for reaching goals - hit the daily team goal and you may head home an hour early, or hit the weekly goal and enjoy a 2:00 PM start to your weekend on Friday. Our culture is positive, motivated, and focused on growing together. I'm looking for someone who works hard, enjoys learning, is comfortable with technology, and comes to work ready to contribute with a great attitude. Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
