Payroll Administrator
Our client, a well-established nonprofit organization in Fresno, is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their team. This role is ideal for a payroll professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and takes pride in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process biweekly payroll accurately and timely
- Review and validate employee hours, earnings, deductions, and tax withholdings
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with applicable payroll laws and regulations
- Respond to employee payroll questions and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with payroll reporting, audits, and year-end processing
- Support benefits and related payroll functions as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of payroll processing experience
- Knowledge of federal and California payroll regulations
- Experience with payroll software; ADP experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
