Accounting Manager

About The Role The role owns the core accounting operations and financial reporting infrastructure, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, SOX, and SEC frameworks. The team relies on this position to drive month-end close accuracy, manage technical accounting memos, and partner with cross-functional leaders to maintain robust internal controls. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes in accordance with US GAAP Prepare technical accounting memos and position papers for complex transactions, revenue recognition, and equity accounting Design, implement, and maintain SOX controls and ensure adherence to financial compliance standards Collaborate with external auditors during interim and year-end financial audits Automate and scale accounting workflows using ERP systems (NetSuite) and data analysis tools Partner with the finance team on variance analysis, budgeting, and financial forecasting deliverables What We Are Looking For 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting (Big 4 preferred) and high-growth corporate environments Active CPA license and deep working knowledge of US GAAP, SOX compliance, and SEC reporting regulations Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite and advanced data analytics tooling Demonstrated track record of scaling accounting processes and leading audit engagements Bonus: Experience with IPO readiness, international subsidiary accounting, and SQL or Python for financial data analysis #J-18808-Ljbffr Evlo AI
