Quality Manager

LHH is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality assurance initiatives across the production value stream, including raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods for a growing manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, technical manufacturing knowledge, and experience supporting customer quality programs, including PPAP documentation and root cause investigations. The anticipated salary for this role is between $100,000-$120,000 a year.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise quality personnel across manufacturing operations
• Manage and maintain quality assurance procedures, standards, and methodologies
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Oversee evaluation, disposition, and approval of product releases
• Manage investigations and classification of non-conforming materials and products
• Support operational excellence initiatives through data-driven quality improvements
• Lead customer quality investigations and corrective action activities
• Coordinate documentation and customer requirements related to PPAP/SPAP processes
• Assist with supplier qualification and supplier quality activities
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and internal quality procedures
• Mentor and develop team members to strengthen overall quality performance

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience in a quality-focused environment
• Minimum 5 years of leadership or management experience
• Experience within metal manufacturing or industrial fabrication environments preferred
• Proven success leading change and implementing process improvements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to build structured programs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
