MMR holds the proud distinction of being the largest privately owned "Open Shop" contractor in the United States with over 30 branch offices including global locations in Canada and Mexico.Job Description:MMR is seeking Procurement Coordinator candidates to oversee procurement activities including purchase order tracking, vendor coordinator, submittal alignment, material expediting, delivery forecasting, and support for pricing, equipment documentation, and material readiness. The responsibilities would include, but not limited to, the following:Develop and maintain a procurement log inclusive of submittal approvals, engineering review process and manufacturing deliveryCoordinate with Engineering and Scheduling departments to ensure material deliveries align with installation milestonesTrack purchase orders and vendor commitmentsExpedite critical materials and long-lead itemsCoordinate submittal approvals with procurement activitiesMonitor delivery schedules and status reportsSupport pricing and change order requestsCoordinate with Quality and Commissioning Manager on equipment preservation proceduresCoordinate with vendors to receive operation and maintenance manuals for all MMR installed equipmentCoordinate supply risks to project leadershipPerform other related duties as assigned by supervisor and upper managementRequired Skills and Qualifications:Ability to work independently, prioritize, organize, problem solve, and exercise good judgement with minimal supervisionAbility to coordinate a variety of projects simultaneouslyAbility to demonstrate flexibility and creativityWorking knowledge of MS Office softwareStrong organizational and interpersonal skills are requiredAble to work effectively under time pressure and/or deadlineExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWillingness to work flexible, varying hours, including evenings and weekends as neededRegular and reliable attendance at workMMR Group, Inc. and its affiliated companies ("MMR") is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, veteran status, genetic information or any other legally protected class.
