At Chick-fil-A, our Kitchen Leaders play a key role in leading the kitchen team and serving our guests with excellence. They are responsible for helping ensure food is prepared with speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and care. They do this through coaching team members, maintaining Chick-fil-A standards, supporting daily operations, and helping create a strong kitchen culture. This role is ideal for someone who is hardworking, dependable, organized, and passionate about leading others in a fast-paced team environment.

Schedule and Hours

• Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available
• Monday - Saturday availability
• Daytime, evening, and Saturday availability may be needed

Responsibilities Include

• Lead and support kitchen team members during daily operations
• Prepare, assemble, and serve food according to Chick-fil-A standards
• Ensure food quality, accuracy, cleanliness, and speed of service
• Coach team members on procedures, food safety, and kitchen expectations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen environment
• Help manage breaks, positioning, and team communication during shifts
• Support inventory, stocking, product rotation, and waste reduction
• Communicate clearly with restaurant leadership and front-of-house leaders
• Help train new kitchen team members and support their development
• Solve problems quickly and calmly during busy meal periods
• Uphold Chick-fil-A's culture, values, standards, policies, and dress code
• Support restaurant operations and other duties as assigned
