Job Title: Customer Service / Office Coordinator

Location: Memphis, TN
Pay: $15 per hour and discussion for a pay raise after 90 days of unemployment
Employment Type: Full-Time

Requirements
- Strong communication skills (phone & in-person)
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Experience with Housecall Pro or other CRM systems is a plus
- Reliable and professional

 

Position Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally
- Schedule service calls and coordinate technician routes
- Provide clear and accurate information to customers
- Communicate effectively with technicians and office staff
- Enter and update job details in the system
- Assist with general office tasks as needed
