Senior Recruiter at Elite Placement Group Private Equity (Business Development) Associate $75k+ plus commission and benefits Private equity firm that works closely with PE groups and their portfolio companies on buy‑side initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, having real conversations with business owners, and wants early exposure to how deals actually get done and has a strong interest in growing a career in finance. What you’ll be doing Making calls and reaching out to business owners and senior executives on behalf of private equity and strategic clients Building and maintaining long‑term relationships with C‑suite leaders and decision makers Representing client brands with professionalism, confidence, and credibility Identifying and sourcing potential opportunities through thoughtful outreach Partnering with senior deal team members to support live transactions and due diligence efforts Gaining hands‑on exposure to how private equity firms evaluate and execute investments What they’re looking for Bachelor’s degree in finance or related degree 2 years experience in sales, business development, cold outreach, or client‑facing roles Comfort speaking with senior executives and business owners Strong communication skills and a polished, professional presence Comfort with Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools preferred Curiosity about business, finance, and how companies grow A strong work ethic, integrity, and a desire to exceed expectations Local Los Angeles candidates only please The firm will sponsor and cover required FINRA licenses including SIE, Series 79, and Series 63 Hours: 6:30 am – 4:00 pm Pay: $75,000, with potential quarterly and annual bonus, excellent benefits and energetic team environment Location: On‑site in the south bay area We welcome qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with California law. #J-18808-Ljbffr Elite Placement Group, Inc.
