White Construction is seeking a Contract Administrator to provide support to our project managers and superintendents.

Overview & responsibilities:

• The Contract Administrator will facilitate the execution and compliance of contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and purchase orders.
• Shall have general knowledge of prime contracts, general conditions, and subcontracts.
• Track subcontract documents from receipt by subcontractor through assembly of subcontract package for execution.
• Support the PMs to write, modify, maintain, and enforce all subcontracts on project.
• Issue subcontractor change orders as requested by the PM, track through execution, and transmit to Accounting.
• Prepare and review pay applications for completion & accuracy, and maintain those logs.
• Communicate with subcontractors to obtain complete, accurate documents and verify that supporting documents are on field with Accounting.
• Experience with Viewpoint is highly preferred as the bulk of work is done in this tool. Autodesk Build and/or Procore would be satisfactory.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Adobe, and DocuSign required.
• This position works closely with and must have the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with internal teammates, owners, architects, subcontractors and vendors.
• Superior organizational & multi-tasking skills, and attention to detail are a must.
