Assistant Community Director

The overall objective of the Assistant Community Director is assisting the Community Director to effectively manage the community in the most cost-effective manner possible in order to achieve maximum net operating income. Education and Experience: GED or High School diploma preferred One or more years of experience in Community management / leasing Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
