3rd Shift Electromechanical TechnicianJoin our maintenance operations team and play a key role in keeping our equipment reliable and our operations running smoothly. You'll coordinate maintenance activities, manage inventory, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts in a dynamic manufacturing environment.Coordinate inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.Manage spare parts inventory to support maintenance activities and keep operations running smoothly.Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and resolve technical issues.Problem Solving — intermediate level; diagnosing equipment issues and implementing effective solutions.Continuous Improvement — developing level; identifying opportunities to enhance maintenance processes and efficiency.Customer Orientation — developing level; supporting internal teams with responsive and reliable maintenance service.Digital Literacy — developing level; using maintenance management systems to track work orders and data.Drives for Results — developing level; completing maintenance tasks on schedule to minimize production impact.Operational Health and Safety Management — developing level; following safety protocols during all maintenance activities.Quality Control & Inspection — developing level; conducting equipment inspections to maintain quality standards.Total Productive Maintenance — developing level; supporting preventive maintenance schedules to reduce breakdowns.Must be able to work the following schedule: Monday -Thursday 9:15pm to 6:15am Friday 6:15pm to 12:15am.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures and guidelines.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.Proactive approach to identifying and addressing equipment issues before they escalate.Comfort working in a hands-on environment with both routine and non-routine challenges.Hands-on role where your work directly impacts equipment reliability and operational performance.Supportive team culture committed to safety, quality, and continuous learning.Opportunities to develop technical skills through training and on-the-job experience.Clear pathways for career growth within maintenance operations.At Schneider, we believe that every employee is a talent who deserves equal opportunities.
