Director of Continuous Improvement

Driving process excellence and productivity improvements, the full-time remote Director of Continuous Improvement will lead initiatives to enhance operational performance and client satisfaction across fulfillment operations, collaborating with site leadership and cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions. Key responsibilities Partner with fulfillment site leadership to identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and customer outcomes Analyze operational performance data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization, leading Lean methodologies such as Kaizen events Develop standardized operating procedures and best practices across fulfillment centers while monitoring project progress and key performance indicators Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in fulfillment, distribution, supply chain, or continuous improvement environments 3+ years of experience in high-volume distribution or 3PL operations Proven track record of leading operational improvement initiatives with measurable gains in productivity and client satisfaction Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and similar methodologies Strong working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and operational reporting platforms
