Job Summary
Under close supervision of the Senior Associate AD and in coordination with the Head Football Coach, assist in developing, promoting, and supporting the operational and strategic aspects of the UC Davis Football program within Intercollegiate Athletics. Assist with implementation and monitoring of football all team operations; including, personnel, recruiting and team travel and assist in managing of operating budgets of approximately $1M annually.

- Knowledge of the daily tasks of a football program and best practices. Knowledge of NCAA and conference policies and procedures. Problem solving, organizational, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of: campus goals and objectives associated with the football game, and campus rules and regulations. Ability to learn the complex policies and procedures regarding academic eligibility of UC Davis student-athletes; These include UC Davis, Conference and the National Collegiate Athletic Association policies and procedures. Skills to operate a desktop/laptop computer using Macintosh operating.
