Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit - Travel Registered Nurse- $2220 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit experience with 1 month within the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is required.

• ADN completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Staffency Program - Aspirus.

Additional Details:

An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Required Skills/Experience: Med/Surg experience required. ICU and Med/Surg competency required.

Required Credentials: Associate degree or certificate.

Unit Details: Case mix includes medical and surgical patients, including joint replacements and general surgical patients; also cares for COVID patients.

Shift & Scheduling: Every weekend contract (Fri, Sat, Sun). Holiday rotation includes New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. No more than 7 days of RTO. No additional on-call or back-up requirements. Travelers may be placed on call for low census hours. If called back to the facility, call-back minimum is 2 hours. Additional shifts may be available to pick up for sick calls.

Floating Requirements: Must be willing to float to Aspirus Stevens Point, Plover, and Riverview.

7 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 3 years

1 Manager reference required from within the last 12 months
