At Clean Catch Fish Market, we operate a High-End Retail Fish Market with an in-house kitchen. Instead of cooking to order, we focus on creating high-quality prepared foods and ready-to-cook items for our customers.
If you're a chef who loves cooking but wants out of the late-night restaurant grind, this is a great fit.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare items like crab cakes, sauces, marinades and ready-to-cook meals
- Follow and execute recipes with consistency and attention to detail
- Help develop new prepared foods and seasonal offerings
- Keep a clean, organized workspace
- Work closely with a small team to keep production running smoothly
- Occasionally assist customers with cooking tips and product knowledge

Requirements
- Positive, reliable, team-first attitude
- Ability to follow recipes and systems
- Kitchen experience preferred (but we will train the right person)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
