Registered Nurse (RN) | Night Shift

Shift: 12-Hour Nights
Schedule: 36 Hours/Week

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered care utilizing the nursing process and professional nursing standards. The RN will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, support quality patient outcomes, and contribute to a culture of safety, excellence, and compassionate care.

Requirements

Registered Nurse Diploma required
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
Minimum 2 years of RN experience
Active RN license in the state of practice
Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association)

Key Skills

Proficiency with EMR systems, computers, and web-based applications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

Deliver safe, effective patient care using the nursing process
Assess patient and family learning needs and provide appropriate education
Coordinate and delegate care activities within the healthcare team
Utilize clinical data and best practices to improve patient outcomes
Promote patient satisfaction, quality care, and nursing excellence
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards
Perform additional duties as assigned

This is an excellent opportunity for an RN seeking a 12-hour night shift schedule (36 hours/week) in a collaborative healthcare environment.
