Sales Representative - Augusta/Savannah, GA - Interventional Spine

Field-based sales position selling Stryker's interventional spine solutions to hospitals, surgery centers, and physicians across Augusta and Savannah, Georgia. The role combines territory management, clinical procedure support, and consultative selling to drive revenue and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell interventional spine products within assigned geographic territory to achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and administrators to grow accounts
• Support product evaluations and clinical cases in operating rooms and procedure suites
• Educate customers on product features, applications, and economic value to inform purchase decisions
• Identify new business opportunities and develop territory plans to increase market penetration

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years quota-carrying medical device or healthcare sales experience
• OR Bachelor's degree plus experience in leadership, military, or high-performance environments with sales interest
• OR 5+ years outside sales or territory-based selling with demonstrated performance track record
• Ability to provide in-person clinical environment support during evaluations and procedures
• Valid driver's license and capability to travel throughout assigned territory
• Physical capacity to stand extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

Compensation: 100% commission with draw, bonuses, and benefits
