Job Description: The Supply Chain Analyst will support the Shaw Stainless and Alloy division by analyzing inventory, purchasing activity, and supply chain data to align supply with customer demand and business objectives. This person will develop reporting methods and analytical tools to support purchasing decisions, inventory optimization, and operational performance. The Supply Chain Analyst will support the Shaw Stainless and Alloy division by developing relationships with the vendors and collaborate with internal sales team to resolve any customer or supplier issues, Develops diffrent reporting methods and structures,conducts research on market conditionsand helps advise divisions on purchasing and any upcoming supply challenges, Analyze data to identify areas of supply chain operations to improve efficiency, works on business projects and support new and existing business to enhance supply chain operations. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business or other related field Previous steel experience strongly preferred 1+ year of Supply chain experience in a manufacturing setting, including ERP systems Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
