Desired Skills and Experience:

• Holds an active Arizona COTA license
• At least one year of pediatric experience (school-based preferred)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and partner effectively with Occupational Therapists, educators, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out occupational therapy treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Support IEP development, including setting and tracking achievable goals for students
• Aid students in enhancing fine motor, sensory, self-care, and other functional abilities in the classroom
• Document daily progress and maintain up-to-date, accurate records
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student growth and success
