What You'll Do Support M&A transactions, due diligence, and closings Form and manage entities across multiple jurisdictions Prepare governance documents, resolutions, and corporate records Handle UCC, SEC, EDGAR, Blue Sky, and other regulatory filings Partner with attorneys on complex corporate and compliance matters What We're Looking For 5+ years of corporate paralegal experience Strong corporate governance and entity management experience SEC/EDGAR filing experience is highly preferred Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate required Why Join?
