HR Recruiter/Generalist

Overview Metropolitan Companies is looking for an HR Recruiter/Generalist to join our team. We are seeking a reliable and energetic person to join our recruiting team. The Recruiter is responsible for the recruiting processes to fill the staffing needs of supported divisions. This position will perform full cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening, and working with candidates up to their first day. Applicants with a background in retail management are encouraged to apply. This position will report to the Recruiting Manager. Responsibilities Manage full cycle recruiting for supported divisions, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates through to their first day. Collaborate with Hiring Managers and relevant stakeholders to fill staffing needs. Report to the Recruiting Manager as part of the recruiting team structure. Qualifications Experience in full cycle recruiting or a strong interest in developing in this area. Background in retail management is encouraged to apply.
