Test Fit Specialist, CAD, 2926-1

We are seeking a contract-based Test Fit Specialist with strong CAD skills and an interior architecture background to support our Portfolio Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating quick, accurate test fits and space plans that evaluate how our business units can be accommodated within existing or potential office spaces. Responsibilities Develop test fits and preliminary space plans for new and existing offices, including workstation and office layouts, meeting and collaboration spaces, support spaces and specialty spaces. Revise plans quickly based on stakeholder feedback, headcount changes, or program updates from Space Planners. Ensure plans reflect building codes, accessibility requirements, and life-safety considerations at a conceptual level. Utilize AutoCAD software to polyline floorplans accurately following the BOMA 2017 standard. Review and clean up CAD drawings to ensure all layers are organized according to company standards. Requirements 5-10 years of AutoCAD experience. 5-8 years of project-related experience in a Corporate Real Estate environment. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting. Knowledge of building code. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Understanding of office planning standards (workstations, circulation, meeting spaces, support areas, and specialty spaces). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor of Interior Architecture/Architecture or related field. Preferred Requirements Knowledge of BOMA standards. Knowledge of Serraview. Comfortable exploring and leveraging AI tools.
