The Bridger Group, a rapidly growing installed building products company, seeks a General Manager to lead our Charlotte, NC branch. You will oversee the branch's P&L, operations, subcontractor network, and customer relationships, with significant autonomy and executive support to drive performance.
You will mentor the Branch Operations Manager, manage budgets and pricing, and partner with corporate leadership on strategic initiatives to sustain growth and improve processes for production
