Role Description The Case Manager role at Nunes Law, Inc. is a full-time, on-site position located in Fresno, CA. The Case Manager will manage client files, track case progress, and ensure all documentation, deadlines, and court dates are organized and up to date. Responsibilities include communicating with clients, insurance companies, medical providers, and court personnel, as well as collecting records, preparing summaries, and maintaining case notes. The Case Manager will support attorneys by drafting routine correspondence, organizing evidence and discovery materials, and preparing case-related reports. This role also involves coordinating appointments, updating case management systems, and helping ensure that clients receive timely information and professional service. Qualifications Strong case management and organizational skills, including managing multiple files, tracking deadlines, and maintaining accurate records. Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients, attorneys, courts, and external stakeholders. Attention to detail in reviewing documents, preparing summaries, and ensuring accuracy in all case-related materials. Proficiency with office software and case management systems, including word processing, spreadsheets, and digital file organization. Ability to work collaboratively in a legal team environment and maintain a professional, client-focused demeanor. Experience in a law firm or legal services setting, especially in personal injury, business law, or criminal defense, is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Legal Studies, Criminal Justice, Business) is a plus.
