Our client, a leading $100M+ commercial HVAC and mechanical contractor, is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to help secure major commercial construction projects across Florida.
This is an opportunity to bring your technical expertise, estimating experience, and industry relationships to an established organization where your work directly contributes to business growth.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
• 5–10+ years of commercial HVAC/mechanical estimating experience
• Strong background in new construction installation projects
• Experience estimating projects ranging from $2M to $100M+
• Technical knowledge of HVAC, ductwork, chilled water, condenser water, glycol, and refrigeration systems
• Expertise in plan reviews, specifications, RFIs, addendums, detailed takeoffs, and bid-day analysis
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, scope reviews, and bid submissions
• Strong relationships with general contractors and construction partners
• FAST-PIPE or comparable estimating software experience

POSITION DETAILS
Location: Dania Beach, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, fully onsite
Travel: Minimal, with occasional site visits
Compensation: $140,000 - $170,000 DOE
