About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Sales, Enterprise to lead the growth of its full portfolio of services. This hands-on, quota-carrying role is focused on selling complex professional services, including supply chain consulting, technology delivery and transformation, and implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and driving the sales process for enterprise opportunities, from prospecting to close, and will be expected to build and maintain a strong pipeline. The role also involves working closely with senior executives at large organizations to understand their business and operational challenges and to develop tailored solutions. As the company expands, the VP of Sales will play a key role in building the sales organization, including sales methodology, account strategy, and team development. Applicants for the VP of Sales, Enterprise position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' B2B enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record in selling complex professional services and consulting engagements. A deep understanding of supply chain, logistics, and related technologies is essential. The role requires the ability to manage long, complex sales cycles and to close high-value enterprise deals. Strong executive presence, commercial judgment, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams are also necessary. Experience in building and scaling a sales organization is highly valued. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with the ability to develop and execute on strategic account plans, and will be adept at maintaining disciplined forecasting and pipeline management.
