Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial evaluations to assess clients' mental health, strengths, and available resources, ensuring that every patient receives tailored support.

• Provide emergency interventions and crisis management when necessary, including risk assessments and safety planning to safeguard clients' well-being.

• Facilitate psychoeducation sessions and support groups to empower clients and their families, offering strategies for coping with grief, anxiety, and other emotional challenges related to hospice care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring that all mental health records are up-to-date and reflect appropriate care protocols.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 per year, accompanied by a substantial sign-on bonus.
