Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ needs, skills, and behaviors through direct observation and structured interviews, ensuring a clear understanding of each individual’s unique circumstances.

• Design and implement therapeutic interventions tailored to address mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief associated with end-of-life transitions, addiction, or complex social dynamics.

• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe environment for discussions and healing.

• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, reinforcing an integrated treatment approach that enhances overall patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult patients experiencing severe mental health issues, including those in hospice care dealing with end-of-life concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A strong understanding of mental health issues faced by the adult population, especially those with severe mental illnesses.

Compensation and Benefits\n
