Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments through psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to understand patients' unique needs.

• Collaborate with patients and their families to develop personalized treatment plans that reflect cultural considerations, specific needs, and therapeutic goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in multiple formats, including individual, family, and group sessions.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, actively working with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care for patients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain detailed, accurate clinical documentation, which includes progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, to comply with regulatory standards.

• Empower patients and their families through psychoeducation, providing them with the tools and knowledge necessary to manage mental health challenges effectively.

• Lead regular outcome assessments to evaluate therapeutic effectiveness and adapt treatment strategies as needed.

• Stay informed about evolving trends, best practices, and research in mental health to continuously enhance clinical practice.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work is required.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 84,000, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
