A growing local company in Fort Lauderdale is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to be the primary voice of the business, supporting both English- and Spanish-speaking clients with professionalism and care.
What You'll Do:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chats in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner
- Provide clear information on products, services, order statuses, and scheduling
- Communicate in English and Spanish daily with local clients and vendors
- Resolve customer issues and process order adjustments or service requests accurately
- Maintain organized digital records of customer interactions and follow-up tasks
- Professional written and verbal fluency in English and Spanish (required)
- 1-2 years of customer service, call center, or client-facing administrative experience
- Strong active listening, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
- Computer literacy, including multi-line phone systems and CRM or MS Office software
- Upbeat, patient demeanor with a dedication to client satisfaction
