Senior Tax Associate
A growing regional CPA firm is hiring a Senior Tax Associate to join its team. If you want to build your tax career at a firm that truly values work-life balance, this is one to look at. - Real work-life balance: no billable hour tracking, never more than 55 hours a week during busy season, and a standard 40-hour week the rest of the year

What You'll Do
- Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
- Assist with tax planning and consulting for a wide range of clients
- Manage client relationships and provide ongoing support
- Identify tax-saving opportunities and offer strategic advice
- Work closely with partners and senior managers on complex tax projects
- Supervise and mentor junior staff
- Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- 1+ years of public accounting tax experience
- CPA preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
