Technical Sales Support Specialist

Our offering includes a leading portfolio from our trusted brands: Raychem, Tracer, Nuheat and Pyrotenax.What You Will Experience In This Position:Provide pre and post sales support via phone and email to our sales channels and direct customers.Design and quote engineered solutions for heat tracing applications using standard and/or configured products for the North American and Latin American market.Application of product approvals and suitability of use for heat tracing designs.Primary point of contact for troubleshooting installation issues & start-up assistance for heat tracing products and controllers.Handle customer complaints and capture voice of customer feedback related to technical matters for our products.Participate in marketing initiatives including sales training, product launches, and promotion campaigns.Collaborate with Customer Care, Sales, and Application Engineering to resolve customer issues and achieve company goals.Lead management of customer inquiries from our website and design tools.Limited travel to job sites for field support – which could include controller commissioning, product troubleshooting, or sales presentation/training.You Have:Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering preferred.Previous experience with:Architectural and/or Engineering drawings (process flow, electrical line lists, piping schematics)ERP/quote management systemCall center phone systemSkills/Abilities:Multi-task and balance shifting priorities to satisfy customer requests.Strong communication/interpersonal skills.Advanced Computer literacy: Salesforce, SAP, 8x8, Enovia, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam (or equivalent), AutoCAD.Problem solving under adverse time constraints.Have a positive and constructive impact on the team; a professional attitude towards different positions within the organization.Follow standard work processes and help create them when needed.At Chemelex:We protect places of progress through electric excellence.Pioneering plants, sprawling data centers, busy transport hubs, and your own home.
