About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Triple A Lawn Care as a Crew Leader in Newport News, VA! This exciting role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about leading teams to success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of crew members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Train new employees on best practices and operational procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that arise.
- Conduct regular team meetings to improve communication and performance.
- Assist in scheduling and assigning tasks to crew members.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
