About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Triple A Lawn Care as a Crew Leader in Newport News, VA! This exciting role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about leading teams to success.

Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of crew members to achieve daily operational goals.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Train new employees on best practices and operational procedures.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that arise.
Conduct regular team meetings to improve communication and performance.
Assist in scheduling and assigning tasks to crew members.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a leadership role within the industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Proficient in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
